Can I change my membership plan?
You sure can. Please contact your designated Account Manager for best practices. Alternatively you can also reach on site Facility Managers or our Community Team.
Do you open on weekend and public holidays?
Our coworking spaces are currently closed off during weekends and public holidays. But keep a watchful eye for further developments in our operational hours!
What differences and perks can each membership allow?
Our range of membership plan are carefully crafted for your unique necessities. Daily Pass members can enjoy a whole day of coworking experience in one centre. Flexi Desk members have the flexibility to access all of our centres with a monthly plan. Dedicated Desks members have the convenience to work on a reserved table in one centre. Team Desks allows you to work in a team of minimum 4 people or multiples of 4 people in one centre. Meanwhile, Private Offices provides you with an office space and other member perks.
Can I work until late or on the weekend?
Definitely! However, there will be additional charge for this request. Our on site Facility Managers will be ready to assist your request.
What kind of products and services do you offer?
You can view the various offers we have including Daily Pass, Flexi Desk, Dedicated Desk, Team Desk, and Private Office here. Meanwhile, we do provide other means of getting productive with our flexible spaces such as meeting rooms, event spaces, studios for dance rehearsals, photoshoot session, and cooking seminars.
Can I cancel my membership?
Depending on your membership plan, you can either contact your Account Manager or on site Facility Manager for cancellation processes.
What amenities do you provide?
All membership plan will give you access to high speed internet connection, free flow beverage, fun area and lounge area, and opportunity for networking sessions.
Can I share my membership with my partner or colleagues?
Membership sharing depends on the plan selected. Flexi Desk & Dedicated Desk membership are restricted to each individual use. If you are going to work with a team, we suggest you to look at Team desk or Private Office plan.
What are your operating hours?
We are open from 9am to 6pm every Monday - Friday.
